Kimberly has been representing businesses, lenders and other entities – in the Baltimore area and beyond – for 14 years. A member of the firm’s business transactions team, she provides knowledgeable counsel to privately held companies on a range of day-to-day and strategic matters, and has substantial experience working with borrowers and lenders on financing arrangements.
Businesses have turned to Kimberly for guidance on contracts, real estate, employment and entity formation matters, as well as financing decisions. She is committed to using her experience representing banks to help businesses evaluate financing options and secure favorable terms, and aims to provide practical advice on all matters, large and small.
Kimberly’s experience with lenders includes extensive representation of large national banks in commercial loan transactions, workouts and restructurings involving borrowers and properties located along the Eastern seaboard and in selected other regions. In this capacity, Kimberly has worked with lending officers, wealth managers and in-house counsel, handling due diligence, contract review, negotiations, and title matters, and preparing loan and collateral documents.
She began her career in litigation, representing individuals in civil and family law matters in courts throughout Maryland, and representing condominium and homeowner associations in covenant enforcement actions as well as transactional matters. While in law school, Kimberly served the Office of the State’s Attorney for Baltimore City in the Juvenile Division.
Kimberly serves as a troop leader for the Girl Scouts of America, and resides in northern Baltimore County with her husband and two daughters.
