Bowie & Jensen, LLC is pleased to announce that Bethany Neeb has joined the firm as an associate attorney in the commercial litigation department. Ms. Neeb’s practice focuses in the area of property and business disputes as well as cybersecurity matters.
Ms. Neeb served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Colleen A. Cavanaugh in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County prior to entering private practice. Ms. Neeb has represented clients in depositions, mediations, arbitrations and trials, but she takes just as much pride in serving clients behind the scenes by drafting discovery, pleadings and motions, researching and investigating claims and negotiating on her client’s behalf.
Ms. Neeb graduated from Elon University with a B.A. in Economics and received her J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Neeb was a Rule 16 Student Attorney for the Office of the Public Defender in both the Criminal and Mental Health Divisions, representing clients in criminal matters and at administrative hearings for involuntary commitment, respectively.
