Bowie & Jensen managing partner Matthew Hjortsberg will present on the topic of surety bonds at a Bonding Preparation Workshop hosted by 21st Century Schools – Baltimore.  The three-day workshop aims to educate small, minority and woman-owned businesses about industry challenges and assist them in their efforts to obtain surety bonds or increase their bonding capacity.

The workshop is scheduled to take place over three days:  November 2nd, 9th and 16th, 2016. Matt will discuss surety bond legal issues, claims and dispute resolution at the November 9th session from 4:00 – 7:00 pm at the Oriole Park at Camden Yards in Baltimore, MD.  The program is free and open to all businesses seeking subcontracting opportunities with the 21st Century School Buildings Program.
