J. Nicole Windsor, partner at Bowie & Jensen LLC, was selected as a Baltimore SmartCEO Power Player of 2014. The winners were announced at a reception on September 18, 2014 that celebrated all of the finalists.

The Power Players program recognizes the attorneys, bankers and accountants in their regions who exemplify leadership, achievement and innovation in their fields. They are the impact players that CEOs can count on to help grow their businesses. Ms. Windsor’s specialty is finding creative solutions to challenging employment law compliance issues and zealously representing clients in adversarial proceedings.

SmartCEO’s mission is to educate and inspire the business community through its award-winning magazine, connections at C-level events and access to valuable online resources. The nominees were profiled in the September/October issue of SmartCEO magazine.

About J. Nicole Windsor:

J. Nicole Windsor heads Bowie & Jensen’s Employment Law Group, serves on the firm’s Management Committee and is a member of the firm’s Transactional Department. She focuses her practice on all aspects of employment law, including compliance matters and employment law litigation in cooperation with the firm’s Litigation Department. 

Ms. Windsor has been a guest lecturer at the University of Maryland School of Law and a presenter at various employment law seminars. She has also authored articles on employment law matters. Ms. Windsor was a member of the Board of Trustees of Greenspring Montessori School from 2010-2014 and served on the House of Ruth Crabaret Gala Planning Committee in 2009 and 2010.
