Esteemed business attorney Bill McComas joins Bowie & Jensen as a partner

(Towson, MD) Business attorney William A. McComas has joined Bowie & Jensen LLC, where he will serve as a partner at the Towson law firm and a member of the firm’s growing transactional law department.

McComas brings to the firm a wealth of experience representing clients ranging from entrepreneurs to Fortune 500 companies and venture capitalists in commercial transactional matters. He also brings tremendous value through his executive business and technology management experiences. Prior to becoming a lawyer, McComas was a software engineer and worked for one of North America’s largest book manufacturers, as well as one of the largest global ocean carriers.

In 2012, the legal industry guide Best Lawyers in America named McComas the Baltimore “Lawyer of the Year” in the area of Information Technology Law. He was also awarded the “Reader’s Choice Award” by Baltimore SmartCEO Magazine. He is a frequent legal columnist for local publications.
