Mark Jensen and Chip Sturm Represent Sales Company in Stock Acquisition

Mark Jensen, the partner who leads Bowie & Jensen's transaction department, and Associate Chip Sturm successfully represented a sales company in a stock acquisition and membership interest redemption transaction.  The transaction included seller financing, a Small Business Association guaranteed loan facility and a revolving line of credit.

Mr. Jensen co-founded Bowie & Jensen and has received numerous legal awards and most recently was named to SmartCEO’s legal elite. As chairman of the firm’s transaction department, Mr. Jensen focuses his practice on the representation of small businesses, privately held companies of all sizes, entrepreneurs and professionals, drawing on his personal experience and professional training to identify goals and develop strategies and tactics to achieve them.
