Robert R. Bowie, Jr. founded the Law Office of Robert R. Bowie, Jr. on March 1, 1990. Two year later, Bowie & Jensen was formed with Mr. Bowie managing all of the firm’s litigation matters. Today, Mr. Bowie is head of the firm’s litigation department. In that capacity, he has litigated all forms of business and business-related cases, including antitrust, intellectual property, trade secrets, restrictive covenants and administrative law. Josh Glikin is the partner that manages the litigation team in the firm’s intellectual property department. He has experience litigating intellectual property matters in federal courts throughout the country, including patent, trademark and copyright infringement litigation, trade secret misappropriation, and software disputes.
