Overview

Nicole Windsor joined the firm in September 2002 following a clerkship with the Honorable Stuart R. Berger of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. Ms. Windsor's practice includes all aspects of corporate transactions with an emphasis on employment law. Ms. Windsor also works in cooperation with the firm's litigation department on employment law litigation. Whether representing the firm’s clients in administrative proceedings or facilitating their varied interests through appropriate transactional vehicles, Ms. Windsor strives to provide practical cost-effective solutions to business owners.

Ms. Windsor has been a guest lecturer at the University of Maryland School of Law and a presenter at various seminars on employment law. She has also authored articles on employment matters and is currently a member of the government relations committee of the Chesapeake Human Resources Association.

Ms. Windsor is a member of the Maryland Bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.  She is also a member of the American Bar Association and Baltimore County Bar Association.  Ms. Windsor is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law (J.D., 2001), where she served on the Moot Court Board and was named Best Overall Competitor in the Moot Court Board's Fall Competition.  She obtained her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Education degrees from Loyola College in Maryland. (B.S., 1993; M.Ed., 1997). Before law school, Ms. Windsor worked in various fund-raising research, grant writing, and government relations positions, as well as on a gubernatorial campaign.
