Matthew G. Hjortsberg and Michael W. Siri from Bowie & Jensen's litigation practice achieved a significant victory in a bid protest regarding the construction of a transportation facility on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. The general contractor’s bid had been rejected for alleged irregularities with respect to its Minority Business Enterprise Allocation.
